bybyClap.in does not guarantee job placement

Employers, not ByByClap, make all hiring decisions

Your profile may be visible to recruiters and employers

6. Employers & Recruiters
If you are an employer or recruiter:

You may create and manage company profiles and job listings

You agree to post only genuine job openings

You must comply with applicable labor, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws

Misuse of job seeker data is strictly prohibited

bybyClap.in reserves the right to verify your identity and remove your access for misuse or abuse.

7. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features of the Platform may be available on a paid basis (e.g., premium listings, employer tools).

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Prices and plans may change at our discretion

Invoices and taxes will be provided as per applicable Indian laws (GST, etc.)

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and designs — is the property of ByByClap Internet Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
